Coroplast

Coroplast plastic boards are essentially plastic cardboard, and are made from three layers of thin, polypropylene plastic substrate. The product consists of a zig-zagged layer of plastic sandwiched between two smooth layers of plastic sheeting – also known as twin-wall plastic sheeting. Coroplast’s layered structure makes corrugated plastic incredibly lightweight and shock absorbent.

DiBond is a composite of two sheets of aluminum sandwiching a polyethylene core, providing an extremely rigid yet lightweight materials that excels in indoor or outdoor signage. It is non-corrosive, food safe, fully machinable, and weather resistant. It can also be covered in a matte or glossy finish.

Dispa Board

Dispa is comprised of a uniquely laminated structure of embossed formed paper giving it strength & rigidity. The embossed structure forms the central layer of Dispa with flat, smooth surfaces that are ideal for printing. Dispa provides bright white, smooth paper surfaces. It it’s extremely lightweight for easy handling and can be creased and folded to create dimensional displays. It is made of 100% FSC Certified paper (FSC - C074317) and is 100% recyclable!

Enviroboard

Direct Print To Enviroboard .25" (White/Natural/White)

Enviroboard is a rigid graphic display board made from reusable, renewable and 100% recyclable honeycomb material consisting in SFI certified, natural kraft core with white clay-coated or natural linerboard facings. Produced with up to 20% chlorofluorocarbon-free recycled paper content, Enviroboard emits less than 1% volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These characteristics make it an excellent “green” alternative to traditional synthetic rigid substrates keeping the quality capabilities required for wide format digital printing. It is rigid and durable, and the go-to substrate when you want to say “green” to your audience.

Photo satin is our standard 12 color inkjet media. It is a high-quality paper that produces great color quality and professional results with low glare. It displays well without a protective covering and is also fairly durable.

Vinyl Banners

13 oz Banner

The most commonly used material for banners is a heavy weight vinyl technically known as PVC. The weights of our banner substrates range from 13 oz. to 18 oz. and may be printed double- or single-sided. Grommets (eyelets) can also be added in order to facilitate hanging of the banner. We use a heat weld to hem the banner, providing a clean, professional look.

Mesh Banner

Mesh Banner

Mesh Vinyl Banners help circumvent and reduce the forces of the wind, by using crisscrossed fibers that are evident from close-up, but close enough together to still be printable and readable. The tiny holes in the fabric let the wind blow through and reduces the load on the tie-points, and at the grommets. This then helps the banners last longer and reduces the chances of tears and rips.
